Bangalore

It was a place which you could fall in love with. The fresh air, the gardens a largely middle age crowd strolling through the narrow yet serene streets of Bangalore. A visit to Bangalore would be complete, only if one had visited Vidhan Soudha, Lal Bagh, Nandi Hills and Cubbon Park. As some old timers would remark, "It sure was a beautiful city."
This was the story of Bangalore, the capital of Karnataka not very long ago. Just ten years back, it was termed the Garden City, Pensioners' Paradise etc etc. Bangalore was the preferred destination for several persons across the country, not only to visit, but also to settle down. Bangalore was safe in all respects. The air was pure, the roads were not chaotic and best of all it was one of the safest cities in India.
